How to unlock all achievements in BioShock Infinite?

Introduction
Before you start reading this guide, I would like to say something to you. If you find any mistakes or errors in this guide, please write in the comments below where they are and I will fix them.
Story achievements
Finger to the Sky
Complete the lighthouse section.
Welcome to the Island Monument
Reach Monument Island.
Shock Therapy
Acquire the Shock Jockey vigor.
First Class Ticket
Board the airship First Lady.
Armed Insurrection
Help the gunsmith.
Working Class Hero
Complete the Factory level.
Blood River
Reach Emporia.
Higher Doctrine
Reach Comstock House.
Weapon based achievements
Serious Gun
Kill 25 enemies with the starting pistol (the "Repeater").
Passionate Piston
Kill 150 enemies with the first machine gun you find (the one you pick up after the pistol).
On a Clear Morning...
Kill 30 enemies with the sniper rifle you get from Elizabeth.
Janitor
Kill 50 enemies with a shotgun.
I recommend the shotgun for three reasons:
- it's common,
- it holds more ammo,
- it doesn't overheat after firing.
Rabid Gun
Kill 25 enemies with a revolver.
Fireworks Master
Kill 20 enemies with the grenade launcher.
Big Game Hunter
Kill 100 enemies using either the carbine or the "Sprinkler" (the Vox Populi machine gun).
Pepper to Taste
Kill 30 enemies with the Patriots' machine gun.
You can pick it up by killing them.
Killing Pig
Kill 30 enemies with the Founders' police volley gun or the "Voice of the Fire Castle" (story related).
Difficulty achievements
Tin Soldier
Complete the game on Easy difficulty.
See Paris and Die
Complete the game on Normal difficulty.
Petrified Pinkerton
Complete the game on Hard difficulty.
Friendship of Long Standing
Complete the game on 1999 Mode.
Miscellaneous achievements
Forget Whether Old Love...
Finish the game on any difficulty,
then enter the Konami Code on the main menu:
- Up,
- Up,
- Down,
- Down,
- Left,
- Right,
- Left,
- Right,
- Esc,
- Enter.
Industrial accident
Execute 20 enemies with the sky hook.
Air Killer
Kill 20 enemies while riding an aerial line (skyline).
Spacious Mind
Use all 8 vigors against enemies at least once.
Energetic Resistance
Kill 75 enemies while under the effect of a vigor.
For the Same Money, Only Better
Lure 3 enemies into a single trap vigor, do this 5 times.
Shock Combination
Use all 8 possible vigor combinations (e.g., combining two vigors).
Strength of Mind
Kill 20 enemies with hypnotised machines (using the Possession vigor on turrets and other devices).
Tear
Open 30 tears (the green rifts).
Strange Allies
Kill 20 enemies using allies summoned from tears.
On the Fly
Kill 30 enemies while on an aerial line.
A Bolt from the Blue
Kill 5 enemies with headshots while on an aerial line.
Risk Premium
Kill 10 enemies using environmental hazards (e.g., exploding barrels, fire, steam, etc.).
Have a Good Trip!
Kill 20 enemies by knocking them off the edge of Columbia.
Skeet Shooting
Kill 5 enemies while they are falling through the air.
Spoiled Holiday
Kill 5 enemies while you are drunk (use the alcohol found in the game).
David and Goliath
Kill 20 heavy enemies (e.g., Handymen or Patriots).
Heartbreaker
Kill a Mechanic (the enemy with the heart weak spot) by shooting only his heart.
On Clothes They Meet
Fill all 4 equipment slots.
Full Set
Fully upgrade one weapon and one vigor.
Raising the Stakes
Maximise one of your stats (health, shield, or salt) to its highest possible level.
Extract Greatness
Collect all upgrade extracts in a single playthrough.
Tripper
Look through all the telescopes and peep shows in the game.
Thievish Type
With Elizabeth's help, open 30 locks.
Collector of Rumours
Collect all Voxophones.
Reveler
Spend $10,000 at Columbia's vending machines.
Money Bag
Collect trophies from 200 containers.
Final Tips
Save often, especially if you're playing on Hard or 1999 Mode.
Use Elizabeth, she will toss you ammo, salts, and health, and she can pick locks to reveal hidden areas.
Vigors are your best friends. Try combinations like Bucking Bronco + Shotgun or Undertow + Shock Jockey.
There are many achievements that require you to collect voxophones, telescopes and other hidden items, so take the time to explore the corners of Columbia, it's worth exploring.
