These all unlock naturally as you play through the main questline. Just complete every quest and you will get them without having to think about it.

Slot machines seem to be the most reliable way to generate steady income right now. My advice is to focus on getting those set up while also adding a few of the other tables and games along the way. Just keep in mind that balance could shift in future updates, so don't treat this as gospel forever.

Earn $1,000,000.

Earn $5,000,000.
Gambling
Any machine or table will do for these, it really just comes down to luck. You will either hit a good win streak or a brutal losing streak. Honestly, it's pure RNG from everything I've experienced.
Big Spender
Gamble $500,000.
High Roller
Gamble $2,000,000.
The Whale
Gamble $5,000,000.
Best tip: Save up about 500k, make a manual save, then spend it all on gambling. Once it's gone, leave and reload your save, then repeat. It's tedious, but it's the fastest route.
Customer Services
There isn't much depth here, just keep performing the services yourself until you can afford to hire staff to do it for you. Once that happens, the grind becomes automatic.

Maintenance & Cleaning
If you still have grinds left to finish, here are some tips to speed things up.
Handyman
Repair 10 machines.
Technical Support
Repair 50 machines.
Hardware Specialist
Repair 100 machines.
The trick: Before you repair a machine, quicksave. Once the repair finishes, exit to the menu and hit "Continue." When the game loads back in, wait for the repair to complete again, then exit and repeat. It's a bit exploitative, but it works.
Puddle Cleaning
Slippery Floor
Clean 100 puddles.
Cleaning Day
Clean 500 puddles.
Mop Master
Clean 1,000 puddles.
Even though they buffed this a bit, it's still painfully slow. The best way to farm puddles is to wait for a big goose to appear and hit it, that should spawn around 4-5 geese. Then just let them poop all over the place while making sure none of them wander off.
Trash Collection
Trash Collector
Collect 100 trash.
Keep It Clean
Collect 500 trash.
Zero Waste
Collect 1,000 trash.
The trick: Fire your cleaner and play through the day until trash has piled up. Save the game, pick it all up, then exit and hit "Continue" to pick it all up again. Repeat as needed.
Toilet Cleaning
Restroom Cleaner
Clean 10 toilets.
Janitor on Duty
Clean 50 toilets.
Royal Flush
Clean 100 toilets.
Same method: fire your cleaner, let the toilets get dirty over a day or two, save the game, clean them all, then reload and do it again.
Miscellaneous
These are mostly tied to random events, so just keep an eye out for vandals and geese while you play. You can also get high or drunk at Jakub's place or at your own bar.
Small Crowd
Hit 50 visitors.
Popular Place
Hit 100 visitors.
Full House
Hit 200 visitors.
Fast tip: To knock out the visitor challenges quickly, including the 500 visitor challenge, just wait outside and hit anyone who walks out. This bumps your visitor count up a few at a time as well.
Under Surveillance
Catch 10 vandals with cameras.
Fire Fighter
Extinguish 10 slot machine fires.
Honk Off!
Kick 10 geese.
High Life
Get high.
One Too Many
Get drunk.
Final Thoughts
Most of these achievements will come naturally as you build up your casino, but a few, especially the cleaning, repair, and gambling grinds, will require some deliberate farming. Use the save and reload tricks where you can, and don't burn yourself out trying to do everything in one sitting. The casino isn't going anywhere.
