We're always listening to your feedback and constantly working to make your experience on our site better, safer, and more convenient. We've just rolled out a major package of improvements and new features to make your daily use of the service even smoother.
Here are the most important changes:
š”ļø Security First: We've added a new, advanced anti-bot system that effectively protects our community from dishonest players. We've also enhanced our capabilities in detecting and combating multi-accounts, ensuring fair play in all giveaways.
š« Streamlined Ticket Support: We've fixed the ticket creation form - all subcategories now work flawlessly. Additionally, we've improved the automatic ticket resolution system for giveaway-related categories, speeding up the entire process and allowing us to respond faster to your giveaway issues.
š¤ New Info Tab: We've added a new tab that serves as a sort of visiting card and summary of the most important information about our site - everything in one place, no more unnecessary searching. Additionally, in the "My Giveaways" tab, you can now edit descriptions and add or change keys for your active giveaways at any time.

š§ Technical & Visual Fixes: We've fixed the Steam library synchronization - from now on, your games are correctly synced with the site, eliminating any issues with displaying your owned titles. We've also improved the appearance of comments under giveaways, especially in cases with long threads and multiple replies - readability is now much better.
