Alright, so I struggled with Lethal Mode for a while. A lot. And I mean a lot. But I eventually worked out a system that works, and as this is my first guide ever, apologies in advance if it's a bit messy. Hold on a second.
The key to beating Lethal Mode is to make sure you manage your time right. Each room has a specific timer you need to clear it within. Here are the timers:
Gold Room - 15 minutes
Lottery Room - 30 minutes
Pachinko Room - 1 hour
Sushi Room - 1 hour 10 minutes
Gacha Room - 2 hours
The first room is going to be the biggest challenge. The rest aren't nearly as bad, but you can definitely still mess up if you're not paying attention.
Gold Room Strategy
This is where most people get stuck. You need to get your gold multiplier up as fast as possible. Aim for 100%, 300%, and so on. If you have extra cash, put it on the board.
Once your multiplier starts rolling, focus on upgrading in this order:
Your dart tier for the first time
Machine Gun Squirrel
Multi shot
After you've bought all of these, do a trial run. Don't take it too seriously, this is just to see where you stand. If you get around 1.5 to 1.8 multiplier, you're doing fine. That should put you at about 9 minutes.
Now it's time to upgrade more. Your board tier is going to cost around 64k at this point. Grab some 2x multipliers, upgrade your throwing speed, and upgrade your dart tier again. It should be purple now. Run another trial run.
Stick to the cheap upgrades at this stage. Things like speed or machine gun are fine. Don't take anything that costs more than 100k yet. If you can push to around 3 minutes, you should be in good shape.
Lottery Room Strategy
This one is honestly pretty easy. The orange ticket can carry you hard. Seriously, it does so much work.
After your first 3 or 4 runs, prioritize:
Money bonuses
Orange bonus
Try to get Toad as soon as possible. It makes your scratch area larger, which saves both your time and your sanity. Plus, you'll make extra money.
A few important things to remember:
Keep going back to the Gold Room from time to time. Don't stress too much about it though - just focus on trial runs to boost your gold gain and repeat the process.
Focus on 3 upgrades that will help your Lottery Room money gain.
In the bottom right corner, there are 2 upgrades that give you total multiplier across all rooms and speed rate for Pachinko and Gacha.
Try to move to the next room as soon as you can. The time you save will give you extra time for the rooms ahead. You'll need to come back to the Lottery Room eventually to get all the jackpots, but don't stress out about it. You'll get them eventually. Focus on getting the first and second tickets first.
Pachinko Room Strategy
After you get your ball multiplier and some tickets, here's what you need to do.
Prioritize getting:
Red multiplier
Blue multiplier
Do NOT take green multiplier. Trust me on this one.
Try to get Poker Pirate and also grab the poker multiplier. The strategy here is that if you run a full set of cards, you'll get extra balls. That's a huge help.
Again, avoid the green upgrade and the 100k ball upgrade. They mess up your card farming. Get as many upgrades as you can from the previous rooms, especially the Gold Room.
Sushi Room Strategy
This one is easy. There's really not much of a guide needed here. Just try to get more tier sushi and focus on money gain.
There is ONE thing you need to worry about though. Do NOT take Ghost. If you take the ghost multiplier and mess up your farming, you will lose. It's not worth it.
When you're cooking sushi, try to get all the jackpots from Room 2 and also grab the Pachinko Room bonus.
When you're going back to repeat the Gold Room trial runs, keep upgrading those money gain multipliers.
Gacha Room Strategy
This is the last room and honestly, it's the easiest if your momentum is rolling.
Here's what to do:
Get Gacha token speed first
Later, upgrade Gacha gains
Try to kill the World 1 boss at least 3 times. There's an overpowered upgrade that lets you run extra gacha pulls if your last token is maxed first. Farm from time to time with this mechanic.
Get the 2nd box and grab the Gacha Room bonus. Also take the Sushi Room red bonus. There's a Sushi Room Ghost bonus that multiplies gacha token gain - this is actually useful here, unlike the Ghost in the Sushi Room itself.
Once you get the 3rd gacha box and your speed is good enough, just farm. You'll pass with plenty of time left.
Final Tips
The first room is the wall. Get past that and the rest is manageable.
Don't stress too much about perfect runs early on. Trial runs are your friend.
Keep going back to upgrade rooms as needed.
Time management is everything. Save time where you can.
Good luck. You're going to need it. But if I can do it, you can too.
