Cyberpunk 2077 - how to beat the game for 100%?

Autojock
Buy all vehicles available for purchase.
Over the course of the story and while free roaming, you'll automatically receive phone calls and text messages from people wanting to sell you cars. Keep an eye on your messages and buy every vehicle that becomes available.
Breathtaking
Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand.
These are rewards for completing side quests related to Johnny Silverhand. Finish his story arc and you'll unlock this naturally.
Christmas Tree Attack
Complete a Breach Protocol with a minimum of 3 daemons uploaded.
"Breach Protocol" is a skill that requires Intelligence. Put enough points into Intelligence to unlock at least three daemons, then use them all in a single hack.
City Lights
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center.
Daemon In The Shell
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one "Detonate Grenade" quickhack.
For this, you need the "Detonate Grenade" quickhack. Look for 3 enemies standing close together, activate the hack, and watch the fireworks.
Frequent Flyer
Find all fast travel dataterms.
Dataterms are the fast travel points in Cyberpunk 2077. They get marked on the map with purple icons when you're within a few meters of them. You have to get really close to unlock them.
Full Body Conversion
Install at least one implant in each system and body part.
At Street Cred 20, you'll be able to buy at least one implant for every system. Visit different Ripperdocs and purchase one part for each of your systems.

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Pacifica.
Gun Fu
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a revolver or pistol in close combat.
You must defeat 3 enemies within 3.5 seconds from 5 meters or less. Odds are you'll get this naturally while playing as Johnny Silverhand.
Gunslinger
Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.
Wait for an enemy to throw a grenade at you and shoot it with your revolver. Staying in cover and waiting for the right moment makes this easier.

Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings.
It's Elementary
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.
Legend of The Afterlife
Reach max Street Cred.
You must reach 50 Street Cred, which is the maximum. You can always check your Street Cred level in the top left corner of the world map or in your Character Stats Menu.
Little Tokyo
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Westbrook.
Master Crafter
Craft 3 Legendary items.
First, you must put 18 Attribute Points into Technical Ability. Then, in the Technical skill tree, buy the perk "Edgerunner Artisan". This enables you to craft Legendary items.
Mean Streets
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Heywood.
Must Be Rats
Perform the Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself.
Try to hack everything near enemies and stay away until they are no longer affected by the effect. Rinse and repeat 30 times.
Right Back At Ya
Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.
This is a story based achievement, you'll encounter enemies who throw grenades early on. Kill anyone who does, and the achievement will pop.
Rough Landing
While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.
Stanislavski's Method
Use a dialogue option related to V's life path 10 times.
You must pick 10 different dialogue options tied to your starting lifepath throughout the game.
Ten out of Ten
Reach the max level in any skill.
You need to get one skill tree to level 20. For example, if you want to level crafting, dismantle items to gain XP.
The Quick and the Dead
Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed.
You need a Nervous System Implant with time dilation and the "Multitasking" perk from the Body athletic skill tree. This makes the achievement much easier.
The Jungle
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Santo Domingo.
The Wandering Fool
Find all the tarot graffiti for the job "Fool on the Hill."
You can find them on the map marked as blue posters. There are 20 of them to find and scan.
The Wasteland
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the Badlands.
True Soldier
Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons.
Use firearms to defeat 300 enemies over the course of the game.
The World
Complete the main storyline.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks after the main mission "Where Is My Mind?"
Two Heads, One Bullet
Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.
Look for two enemies standing close together, police officers are great for this as they often stand still. Line them up and shoot both in the head with one bullet.
True Warrior
Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies using melee weapons.
Use melee weapons such as katanas, knives, etc., to defeat 100 enemies over the course of the game.
V for Vendetta
After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds.
Hidden Achievements
Bushido and Chill
Watch Bushido X with Rogue.
Requires you to finish all of Rogue's side jobs. You meet her automatically during the story, and her side quests become available later.
Judy vs Night City
Complete Judy Alvarez's storyline.
Requires you to finish all of Judy Alvarez's side jobs. You meet her automatically during the story.
Life of the Road
Complete Panam Palmer's storyline.
Requires you to finish all of Panam Palmer's side jobs. You meet her automatically during the story.
Temperance
Let Johnny Silverhand keep your body.
Ending related achievement. Available in multiple endings where you can choose to stay or leave your body to Johnny.
The Devil
Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.
Ending related achievement, requires the "Where Is My Mind?" Epilogue.
The Fool
Become a mercenary.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks during the Prologue, after the tutorial.
The Hermit
Find Alt Cunningham.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks after the main mission "Transmission."
The High Priestess
Talk with Hanako Arasaka.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks after the main mission "Search and Destroy."
The Lovers
Steal the Relic.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks after the main mission "The Heist."
The Star
Leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.
Ending related achievement, requires the "All Along the Watchtower" Epilogue. You'll need to have completed all of Panam's side quests.
The Sun
Become a legend of the Afterlife.
Ending related achievement, requires the "Path of Glory" Epilogue.
The Wheel of Fortune
Interrogate Anders Hellman.
Automatic story related achievement, cannot be missed. Unlocks at the end of the main mission "Life During Wartime."
To Bad Decisions!
Complete Kerry Eurodyne's storyline.
Requires you to finish all of Kerry Eurodyne's side jobs. Unlocks after his last quest, "Boat Drinks."
To Protect and Serve
Complete River Ward's storyline.
Requires you to finish all of River Ward's side jobs. Unlocks after his last quest, "Following the River."
