There are 25 of these little trouble makers located throughout the Care Center, East Raccoon City, Raccoon City Center, and the ARK facility. Destroying all of them will get you a special reward and help you reach 100% completion.

Each entry includes the location and which character you need to be playing as (Leon or Grace). Let's get hunting!

Mr. Raccoon #1 - 1F Rehabilitation Ward (Care Center - Leon)

After fighting through the zombie doctors and patients, including a chainsaw wielding maniac, cut open the blocked door and head through the next one. You will spot this statuette sitting right on the fireplace mantel, accompanied by a note that reads: "Hunt us, seek us! Find us, break us!"

Mr. Raccoon #2 - East Wing Lobby (Care Center - Grace)

Once you gain access to the East Wing using the keycard, enter the main lobby area. You'll find this dancing figurine sitting directly on the reception desk in the centre of the hall. It's hard to miss, it's right in your path as you begin exploring this wing.

Mr. Raccoon #3 - East Wing Stairwell (Care Center - Grace)

Head to the far eastern corridor past the Waiting Room. Before you climb the stairs leading up to the Lead Researcher's Office, check the small rest area at the base of the stairwell. The collectible is tucked away on a small corner table.

Mr. Raccoon #4 - Office Kitchenette (Care Center - Grace)

After upgrading to the Level 1 Wristband, unlock the door south of the kitchen and head to the upper floor office space. Enter the small kitchenette area, the Mr. Raccoon is sitting right next to the sink or coffee machine, waiting to be destroyed.

Mr. Raccoon #5 - The Girl's Cell (Care Center - Grace)

Once you obtain the Level 3 Wristband, head to the high security area where the little girl is held. Use your clearance to open the empty cell adjacent to hers. Look closely behind the bed inside the room to find this well hidden rascal.

Mr. Raccoon #6 - Records Room Cabinet (Care Center - Leon)

When the perspective shifts back to Leon, return to the second floor Records Room. Listen for the mechanical clicking sound, the collectible is locked inside a storage cabinet that only Leon can pry open using his hatchet.

Mr. Raccoon #7 - Workshop (Care Center Basement - Grace)

Navigate to the end of the Holding Cells corridor in the basement. You will need to find and insert a Joint Plug to unlock the door to the Workshop. Once inside, the figurine is sitting prominently on the main workbench.

Mr. Raccoon #8 - Bunkroom (Care Center Basement - Grace)

In the corridor near the Security Room, use another Joint Plug at the Boiler Room station to unlock the nearby living quarters. Enter the Bunkroom (employee sleeping area), the Mr. Raccoon is perched right on top of the television set.

Mr. Raccoon #9 - Private Lab (Care Center Courtyard - Grace)

After descending the elevator from the VIP room into the hidden underground facility, progress until you reach the Private Lab. While you are at the computer terminal for story purposes, look at the desk to your right to spot the collectible near some medical equipment.

Mr. Raccoon #10 - Sniper Section (Care Center Courtyard - Leon)

This is one of the trickiest collectibles. After Leon takes his position on the roof, head toward the stairs but stop before entering the wooden door. Look down over the railing toward the garden lights below. The Mr. Raccoon is sitting on a pedestal under one of the lamps, you will need to use your scoped rifle to snipe it from this distance.

Mr. Raccoon #11 - Café Oasis (East Raccoon City - Leon)

As soon as Leon arrives in the ruined streets of Raccoon City, move forward until you reach an intersection. Turn right and enter the first open building on your left, Café Oasis, just before The Applegate Hotel. The figurine is sitting on a shelf behind the counter.

Mr. Raccoon #12 - Logistics Warehouse Roof (East Raccoon City - Leon)

After picking up the Distributor key item on the rooftop, Leon will automatically use his binoculars to scout the area. Once the cutscene ends, turn around toward the elevator and face east. Look toward the highway overpass and spot the Mr. Raccoon sitting on top of a car wreck, use your sniper rifle to take it out from a distance.

Mr. Raccoon #13 - Underground Parking Garage (East Raccoon City - Leon)

After obtaining the Cedarbrook Apartments Key, use it on the gate near the Central Camp elevator. Head downstairs and enter the door on the right. When you reach the first enemy and get the stealth tutorial, enter the small room on the left, the collectible is sitting on top of a box inside.

Mr. Raccoon #14 - Taking the Bus (East Raccoon City - Leon)

After collecting the two batteries to open the flooded garage gate and leaving the area, you will trigger a cutscene that rewards you with the BSAA Container Keys. Once back on the street in front of Cedarbrook Apartments, head slightly west and look at the abandoned bus, the Mr. Raccoon is visible through the driver's side window.

Mr. Raccoon #15 - Building Stairwell / Cedarbrook Apartments (East Raccoon City - Leon)

Enter the Cedarbrook Apartments and progress until you obtain the Crank key item. Backtrack upstairs and use the crank on the balcony gate, then climb the next ladder. On the upper floor, turn right into the stairwell and walk all the way to the back, the Mr. Raccoon is hiding inside an open fridge on the top floor, just before reaching the rooftop.

Mr. Raccoon #16 - Gas Station (East Raccoon City - Leon)

From the street where the BSAA Container Keys cutscene ended, look for a silver ladder with yellow tape on the opposite side of the road from Cedarbrook Apartments entrance. Shoot the tape to drop the ladder, climb up and drop into the Gas Station to the north. Inside the shop area, the figurine is on a metal shelf as you enter.

Mr. Raccoon #17 - Overpass / Holy Ground (East Raccoon City - Leon)

Head to the far west end of the main road where you will find a large crane. Flip the switch to create a shortcut back to the Central Camp. While crossing over the shortcut, look down and to the left, the Mr. Raccoon is tucked inside an open sewage pipe below.

Mr. Raccoon #18 - Secret Subway / Ridgewood Station (East Raccoon City - Leon)

On the main road between the Gas Station and Central Camp, use the Fuel Can on the generator near the big crane to open a gate. Follow the path through until you find a ladder leading underground. Navigate through the tunnels and you will eventually reach a train compartment, the Mr. Raccoon is casually sitting on one of the passenger seats inside.

Mr. Raccoon #19 - Willis Tower Office (East Raccoon City - Leon)

With the Fuel Can in hand, return to the Central Camp and take the elevator up to the roof. Climb down the ladder on the right to reach a generator, fill it with fuel and press the red button, then use the zipline to cross over to Willis Tower. From the landing point, head upstairs and follow the sofas into a side room where the collectible is sitting on a shelf.

After the motorcycle section ends and Leon is back on foot, don't rush toward the RPD. Instead, turn slightly to the left and search through the rubble near a destroyed tanker, the Mr. Raccoon is hidden among the debris on the ground.

Mr. Raccoon #21 - Operations Room (Raccoon City Center - Leon)

Inside the Operations Room, look toward the left side of the room. The collectible is buried in the rubble in the corner, partially hidden behind a wooden barricade. Listen for the sound to help pinpoint its exact position.

Mr. Raccoon #22 - Library (Raccoon City Center - Leon)

From the Operations Room, head south and left to reach a locked shutter. Look up to find a ladder you can shoot down, then climb it to reach the Library on the 2nd floor. Inside, go to the tall bookshelf in the middle of the room and check the north facing side at the bottom row, the Mr. Raccoon is hidden behind a pile of books inside the shelf, right next to where you pick up the Mechanic Jack. This one is very easy to miss.

Mr. Raccoon #23- Next to Kendo's Gun Shop (Raccoon City Center After Orphanage – Leon)

After leaving the RPD building and entering Gun Shop Kendo, immediately after the cutscene plays out, turn around and head into the open alley on the side. Walk straight to the end of the alley and look up toward the open window, the Mr. Raccoon is perched on the windowsill, just to the left of the Umbrella billboard.

Mr. Raccoon #24 - ARK Entrance (ARK - Leon)

As soon as you enter the ARK facility, pass through the decontamination tunnel. Once through, turn right and walk down the corridor, the Mr. Raccoon is hiding behind a box tucked against the wall, easy to walk past if you're not paying attention.

Mr. Raccoon #25 - Bioweapon Operations Room (ARK - Grace)

This is the final collectible of the game. Playing as Grace, after fighting through the area filled with Lickers and locked containers to reach the Noblesse Orb key item, you will automatically enter the Operations Room. In the same room as the red briefcase, look to the left side in front of the large monitor, the last Mr. Raccoon is waiting there to be destroyed and complete your collection.
