Good news: none of these are particularly hard, and you can get them all in a single playthrough. This guide might contain spoilers, so keep that in mind.

Quests & Other
When in Rome - Solve all mysteries in Vatican City.
Just search around the Vatican and you'll find mysteries. Solving them completes the quests under the "Mysteries" category in your journal. There are eight total: The Bulls of Blood, A Date to Remember, Secret of Secrets, House of God, A Free Spirit, A Snake in the Garden, Father and Son, and Signs of Trouble.
Path of Junia - Photograph all inscriptions in Vatican City and return to Antonio.
You need to find and photograph 10 inscriptions scattered around the Vatican. Once you've got them all, head back to Antonio and put the pictures on the board next to him.

Secret of the Queen Mother - Complete "Secret of the Queen Mother" Fieldwork.
Sanctuary of the Guardians - Complete "Sanctuary of the Guardians" Fieldwork.
A Savage Predicament - Complete "A Savage Predicament" Fieldwork.
Quests & Other
Secrets in the Sand - Solve all mysteries in Gizeh.
Same deal as the Vatican, but in Gizeh.
It Belongs in a Museum! - Collect all the missing Stelae.
You'll first hear about this from Gina. She asks for 4, but there are actually 10 total (6 extra). They're usually found in small structures hidden by sand. You'll need the lighter for most of them.

The Kid who Vanished - Complete "The Kid who Vanished" Fieldwork.
A Study in Fear - Complete "A Study in Fear" Fieldwork.
Lost in the Past - Complete "Lost in the Past" Fieldwork.
Quests & Other
Beneath the Surface - Solve all mysteries in Sukhothai.
Same as the other regions but in Sukhothai.
Gear Head - Solve the Cogwheel puzzle in Sukhothai.
Follow the order because some puzzles require cogwheels you get from earlier ones. When you reach a puzzle, look for a hole next to a statue. You can photograph it for book points.
Collection & Miscellaneous
Eating
Little Horn - Eat a Cornetto.
Find a Cornetto in the Vatican, pick it up, eat it. Done.
Bread is Life - Eat an Aish Baladi Bread.
Same thing, but in Gizeh.
Celestial Delight - Eat a Star Fruit.
Again, same thing, but in Sukhothai.
Journal Notes
Field Survey - Collect 50 Journal Notes.
You'll find these naturally as you play. Photos and notes. Easy.
Archivist - Collect all Journal Notes in the game.
Same as above, but you need every single one. This is one of the most time-consuming achievements in the game, along with Repatriation. Be thorough.
Photography
Ecco! - Ernesto photographed.
Buy the camera from Ernesto, then take a picture of him. Achievement pops.
Shutterbug - Capture 50 Photographs for your Journal.
There are plenty of photo spots. Some unlock as you progress the story. You'll get this naturally. Just take a photo whenever you see the camera icon in the top-left corner.
Adventure Books
Literary Bug - Learn an ability from Adventure books.
Search rooms thoroughly and you'll find these. You can also buy some or find them in the boxing ring. Once you have one, go to your inventory, find the book section, and spend points to unlock an upgrade.
Bookworm - Learn 10 abilities from Adventure books.
Do the above 10 times.
Bookman - Learn all abilities from Adventure books.
Unlock every Adventure book and buy all the upgrades.
Other
Filling in the Blanks - Revisit a location.
Once you reach the Vatican, open your journal, go to Travels, and select a location you've already unlocked. Hold R to revisit. Achievement pops.
Tuned In - Bring all radio frequencies to Gina.
In Gizeh, you'll find four radio frequencies in Nazi camps. Bring them to Gina. Then find four more in Sukhothai. Bring those to Gina while she's standing next to the radio you use to call the boat. Achievement pops.
Repatriation - Return all Lost Artifacts.
There are 5 lost artifacts per major region (Vatican, Gizeh, Sukhothai). Buy local guides to find them easily. Once you've returned them all, you're done. Another time-consuming one.
Shadows out of Time - Collect all Ancient Relics.
Important warning: You need all Ancient Relics in your inventory at the same time. The final puzzle in Iraq will discard your relics, so if you haven't collected them all before doing that puzzle, you'll have to play through the whole game again. Don't miss any.
Combat
Vatican & Gizeh
Tour de Force - Defeat all boxing champions.
In the Vatican, there's a boxing ring that requires a uniform. Get the uniform, equip it, and enter. You'll fight several opponents. Aim for the legs to stun them and make fights easier. You also need to fight champions in Gizeh and Sukhothai.
Any Area
The Right Note - Clobber an enemy with a guitar.
Find a guitar anywhere, pick it up, hit an enemy.
Pest Control - Hit an enemy with a fly swatter.
Same thing, but with a fly swatter. They're less common, but you'll find one eventually.
Apple of Discord - Hit an enemy with an apple.
Equip your healing items, select the fruit, then throw it at an enemy. Apples are everywhere.
A Little Tumble - Push an enemy off a ledge.
In the Vatican, get to an elevated area and press R to push an enemy until they fall. You can also use the whip to pull an enemy off a ledge if you're below them.
Your Own Medicine - Disarm an enemy with the whip and use their weapon to knock them out.
Use the whip to disarm someone, pick up the weapon, then knock them out.
Offensive Defense - Knock out an enemy using only counters.
Best done in the first fistfight or against any weak enemy. Block, wait for a punch, then press attack on the opposite side. If they punch from the left, press M2. From the right, press M1. Takes about 4-5 counters on Normal.
A Slippery Customer - Dodge a power punch.
Find a big enemy, wait for their two-handed attack, and dodge backwards.
DLC: The Order of Giants

Locked Doors Hide Secrets - Get inside Villa Pia.
Out of the Vatican - Reach Rome.
The Order of Giants - Complete "The Order of the Giants."
Collection & Miscellaneous
Chronicler - Collect 25 Journal notes in Rome.
Roman Scholar - Collect all Journal notes in Rome.
Symbol of Initiation - Collect a Mithraic Artifact.
The Seven Grades - Collect all Mithraic Artifacts.
Books of Power - Learn all abilities from Adventure books in Rome.
Depths of the City - Solve all mysteries in Rome.
Pet the Cat - Pet the cat at Via Giulia in Rome.
Conclusion
That's every achievement in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, including the DLC. Most of them come naturally, but a few - like Archivist, Repatriation, and Shadows out of Time - will take some dedication. Just be careful with those Ancient Relics.
