I’ll look into it and write to the website administrators to ask if I can repost it. I actually wanted to test running a contest because I think this site is truly amazing! So I’ll make sure to avoid making the same mistake next time. In any case, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey, thank you for the chance! I play and review a lot of HOGs, and this one looks quite different than what I'm used to, so... fingers crossed!
One thing to note, though, is that the giveaway is set for level 1 accounts, and since the site is fairly new, I doubt that there are any level 1 accounts here yet. If I understand correctly, leveling is done by creating giveaways, and it seems that we need to organize several of them before leveling up one time, plus we're restricted in how many we can run simultaneously.
Winners might not be familiar with the whole procedure yet either, as they seem to need to not only claim the key but also to confirm it so that the giveaway host can receive any credit for it?
