๐ Description
We Heist Too: Theft & Stealth Game is a 3D sandbox openworld game that drops you into Rywadorium, a surreal, atomic 1960sinspired city where you play as a thief leading a double life as a seemingly ordinary citizen. You break into homes, avoid the police and robots, and navigate a world full of dark humor and retrofuturistic charm. The game blends stealth, adventure, puzzlesolving, and RPG elements, giving you the freedom to approach each heist however you want with no quest markers and no handholding.
The World and Atmosphere
Rywadorium is a city that feels alive. You can roam its diverse districts, enter homes without permission, rummage through drawers, talk to citizens, and decide whether to persuade them or just rob them. The world is dense and interactive almost everything you see can be of use to you, but it can just as easily work against you. The inspirations drawn from Atomic Heart, BioShock, and We Happy Few are visible in every street, every building, and every strange device you encounter along the way.
Gameplay and Playstyles
You have complete freedom in how you operate. You can be a stealthy mastermind who never leaves a trace, or a bold outlaw who kicks the door in and walks out with the loot, leaving chaos behind. You can buy equipment from shops, gas stations, and workshops gliders, lockpicks, gadgets or acquire gear from the black market. Conversations with citizens, decisions about how to treat them, and cooperation with your partner in crime, Bernard Maidenhoff, who offers tips when he feels like it, all combine into an experience where every heist can play out differently. Getting caught by police or robots has serious repercussions, so the stakes are always high.
Reception and Technical Issues
The game has 7 user reviews on Steam, with 71% positive a very small sample, but it points to a mixed reception. The concept and atmosphere are praised players appreciate the open world, the atomic 60s aesthetic, and the mechanics that make the world feel alive. One reviewer called it "probably one of the greatest indie games," praising the open world and the ability to get drunk, but rated it 7/10 due to bugs.Another called it "pretty fun" and unique, but pointed out that items and interactions often don't work and that the price could be lower.Critical reviews, however, are much harsher: players report no saving system (meaning you have to restart the entire game after a bug), unstable movement, items disappearing after vaulting, broken interactions, AI freezing, and a general number of bugs that make the game unplayable at times. This is a game with a great idea and atmosphere, but the execution still leaves a lot to be desired.

Who Is This Game For?
If you enjoy sandbox games and thief simulators where you set your own goals and methods, and if you're fascinated by a surreal, atomic 60s atmosphere, We Heist Too has the potential to pull you in. If you're looking for a game where you can experiment, talk to NPCs, and decide whether to be a quiet ghost or a brutal bandit, this world gives you space to craft your own stories. It's also for players who like supporting small indie projects and don't mind technical rough edges as long as the concept and atmosphere make up for it. If, however, you expect a stable, polished product with a saving system and no bugs, it's better to wait for updates or look for another title the game is in Early Access and still evolving.
If you've started to enjoy the game, good luck achieving the win!
