Yes! To participate in giveaways, you must have an active Steam account and log in through Steam on our site. This is the only way to verify your identity and award the prize.

To participate in a giveaway:

1. Log in through Steam on our site.
2. Find the giveaway on the homepage or in the "Giveaways" tab.
3. Click "Take part" on the giveaway page.
4. If the giveaway requires points, they will be automatically deducted from your account.
5. Wait for the draw winners are announced after the giveaway ends.

⚠️ Remember that you can only participate once in a given giveaway!

Winners are selected randomly after the giveaway ends. The draw uses a secure and fair algorithm that does not favor any participant.

Steam Gift is a game sent as a gift directly to your Steam account. Instead of a key, you receive a notification on Steam that you received a gift. You must accept it within 30 days.

💡 Difference between Steam Gift and key:

• Steam Gift: Goes directly to your Steam account.
• Key: You receive a code to activate in Steam.

Some giveaways are marked as "Steam group members only". This means that to participate in such a giveaway, you must be a member of a specific Steam group.

1. Find the Steam group on the giveaway page.
2. Click the link to the group and join it on Steam.
3. After joining, refresh the page - the system will automatically detect your membership.

You can earn points in several ways:

• ✅ Online bonus: 5 points every 10 minutes (maximum 300 points).
• ✅ Welcome bonus: You receive points on your first login.
• ✅ Participation in giveaways: Some giveaways may award points for participation.
• ✅ Activity: Commenting, participating in discussions, etc.

The entry cost depends on the giveaway creators settings. Usually ranges from 1 to 50 points. The more points required, the more valuable the prize usually is.

No! Points do not expire or disappear. You can accumulate them and use them at any time. The only limitation is the maximum limit of 300 points - after reaching the limit, you must spend points to earn more.

To change the site language, click on the 🌐 icon in the top right corner of the page and select your preferred language. The setting will be remembered for future visits.

Yes! You can delete your account at any time. To do this, contact us through the help page or send an email to contact@steamgiveaway.pl.

Registration is done via Steam account. We require that your Steam account has at least Level 1. There are no additional restrictions regarding profile value - every gamer with an active Steam account can join our community.

Yes, your Steam profile must remain public at all times while using the site. We require this to verify your account, update your game library, and enable you to participate in giveaways. Note: If you set your profile to private, you will not be able to enter new giveaways, and your game list will not be updated. You can keep your inventory private and set your profile to private for comments - this does not affect basic site functionality.

To delete your account, log in and go to account settings. You will find the account deletion option there. After clicking the delete button, your account and all personal data will be automatically deleted after 14 days. You have this time to change your decision - simply log back into your account to cancel the deletion process.

Whitelist allows you to limit access to your giveaways to selected users only. On each users profile, you will find a heart icon ❤️ - click it to add the user to your Whitelist. When creating a giveaway, you can select the "Whitelist only" option - then only whitelisted users will see and be able to participate in your giveaway. If you add new users to your Whitelist after creating the giveaway, they will automatically gain access to it.

Blacklist allows you to block access to your giveaways for unwanted users. On a users profile, you will find a crossed-out circle icon ⛔ - click it to add the user to your Blacklist. Blocked users will not see your giveaways on the homepage nor be able to participate in them. Note: Blacklist works both ways - if you block a user, you will also not see their giveaways.

Yes, but only under certain circumstances. To remove a user from a giveaway, you must obtain their explicit consent in the form of a comment under the giveaway or in a discussion. Without such consent, we cannot remove the user from the giveaway. This is a safeguard against abuse and ensures fairness to all participants.

When creating a giveaway, you have two options that determine how the prize is delivered:

• 🎁 Gift Choose this option when you plan to send the winner a gift via Steam or want to add keys after the giveaway ends. After the giveaway ends, you will see the winners username. You can send the prize via Steam or contact the winner through the "My Giveaways" tab.
• 🔑 Key Choose this option when you want to add Steam keys while creating the giveaway. Keys are automatically sent to the winner after the giveaway ends. If you have doubts about the validity of a key, you can revoke the sent status and report the issue to administration - until the matter is resolved, the key will not be available to the winner.

In both cases, if the winner does not respond or does not claim the prize, you can open a discussion with the giveaway author through the "My Wins" tab.

💡 Tip You can always change the prize delivery method after the giveaway ends - these options are not final when creating.

Yes, limits depend on your contributor level. The higher your level, the more giveaways you can create simultaneously. Detailed information about limits for each level can be found in the "For Users" tab. This system was introduced to ensure the quality and reliability of giveaways on the site.

The maximum number of points you can accumulate is 300 points. You receive 5 points every 10 minutes, until you reach the limit. Once you reach the maximum, you need to spend points on giveaway entries before you start receiving more. Points are refunded in the following situations:

• ✅ Manual removal of entry from a giveaway - if you withdraw from a giveaway that is still open, points are returned to your account.
• ✅ Giveaway deleted by author - if a giveaway is deleted, all participants receive a point refund.

The prize is sent automatically by the system after the giveaway ends. If the giveaway author has doubts about the validity of a key or wants to revoke the sending for any reason, they can do so and report the issue to administration. Until the matter is resolved, the prize will not be available to the winner. In case of problems, both parties can contact each other through the "My Wins" tab.

⚠️ Important If 7 days have passed since the giveaway ended and you still havent received the prize, contact the administrator through the "Support" tab.

In case of problems with the won prize, you have several options:

• Region issue - if the game cannot be activated in your region, contact the giveaway author through the "My Wins" tab. The creator may replace the prize with a key that works in your region.
• You already own this game - if you won a game you already own, contact the creator and inform them of the situation. Ask them to select a new winner.
• Invalid key - if the key you received is invalid or has already been used, immediately contact the giveaway author through the "My Wins" tab.

In all the above cases, DO NOT mark the prize as "Received" until the problem is resolved. Use the "My Wins" tab to open a discussion with the author.

This is an important distinction that affects the credibility of giveaway creators:

• ✅ Received - mark the prize as received ONLY when you have (1) received the exact game described in the giveaway AND (2) activated it on the Steam account used during registration. Only then does the creator receive credit for their giveaway.
• ❌ Not Received - mark the prize as not received when activation issues occur (region, invalid key, etc.) or when the author hasnt sent the prize and the time for sending has passed.

Contributor Level is a level that reflects your contribution to the community through creating giveaways. Each giveaway that is successfully received by the winner adds the games value to your account and increases your level.

📊 Important The more valuable games you give away, the higher level you achieve. Levels affect access to certain giveaways and community features.

⭐ Your level does not expire over time - once earned, your level remains permanently.

As a developer or publisher, you have several options to promote your games:

• 🎮 Featured Giveaways - if you create a giveaway with 20 or more copies of the same game, it will be automatically featured on the homepage. This gives maximum visibility among our community.
• 📧 Contact us - for larger promotions or special events, contact us through the "Support" tab. We can prepare a dedicated promotional campaign for your game together.
